Originally up-zoned to a Life Science building, Weldon successfully rezoned the property for 2 residential towers in just under 6 months.
After acquiring the land in January 2024, Weldon created a new scheme with an extremely efficient floor plan, utilizing a unit mix that includes a majority of 2-bedroom units that will be marketed at an affordable price. The unit designs also focus on the flexibility of space and workspace ingrained in the unit. The tower’ parking structures, housed on floors two through six, are appropriately screened with decorative metal mesh panels on Racine Ave. and naturally ventilated.

The design of two independent towers, evoking fraternal twins, situated on a landscaped plaza will activate the Western border of the Fulton Market district.
The towers will have unique facades informed by respective orientation so that the envelope can be maximized for energy efficiency. The design of the 410 at the ground-floor lobby responds to its position along N. Elizabeth Street, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the street. To enhance the pedestrian experience, the building has a cantilevered canopy above the lobby entry, creating an inviting front door.
