Rodrigo d’Escoto is a Principal at Tree Street Group, where he leads strategic capital initiatives and cultivates key investment and partner relationships. He plays a central leadership role within the firm, serving on both the Executive and Investment Committees and contributing to overall strategy, sourcing, and execution of development opportunities.
Mr. d’Escoto is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reflection Window + Wall, bringing an entrepreneurial and operational perspective to his work across development and investment. Known for his visionary approach and sponsor-led mindset, he is instrumental in advancing the firm’s growth through disciplined capital alignment and relationship-driven dealmaking.
He is actively engaged in civic and philanthropic efforts across Chicago and serves as a trusted advisor to business and community leaders throughout the city. Mr. d’Escoto is deeply committed to supporting Chicago’s diverse communities, with a particular focus on the Latino community and longstanding involvement with the Hispanic American Construction Association (HACIA).
He resides in Chicago’s Ukrainian Village with his wife, Stefanie, and their four sons, Nicholas, Pierson, Ethan, and Liam.
