Prior to joining Tree Street Group, Curt was the Senior Creative Design Manager for Lendlease Development-Chicago, for the Urban Regeneration Business in the Americas Region. He was engaged with over-sight of the design process for development projects for the Chicago market and assisted in establishing design concepts and branding identity with additional focus on unit planning. Curt also worked closely with the LLC Integrated team to provide Design CA Review during the construction phase to ensure adherence to the design vision and intent, as well as to ensure quality of construction in details essential to the project standards. He also was involved in various national Lendlease practice groups for knowledge sharing and establishing best practices for the design and operational function of the building and the quality of the resident experience.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Curt was a Senior Project Designer at Perkins&Will for 23 years. He was involved in the design of projects nationally and internationally. Projects in multiple market sectors covering Corporate, Commercial, Education, Higher-Education, and Healthcare. However, his primary focus was in Multi-family and Condominium projects in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.
