Ed Kruschka
Principal
Edward Kruschka is a Principal at Tree Street Group, where he is actively involved in financing activities, capital raising, and serves on both the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Partner at Reflection Window + Wall, where he has been a key leader since 2005, overseeing domestic manufacturing, project management, and strategic initiatives.
Prior to his current roles, Edward was a Relationship Manager at LaSalle Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in commercial finance and client advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
Edward lives in Chicago with his wife, Karyn, and their two sons, Charlie and Henry. He is a proud supporter of the Jackson Chance Foundation, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Friends of the High Line in New York City, and HACIA. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys running, ice hockey, and wakeboarding.
